Eligibility:

Household income based on family size cannot exceed 125% of the Federal Poverty Guideline (2015)
Columbia County Resident
For Low Income Home Energy assistance cannot exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Guideline (2015)
Documented Emergency
For the Energy Neighbor Fund clients must be a Duke Energy customer, or Clay Electric or FPL
Weatherization assistance cannot exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline (2015) based on family size (Eligibility are renters, home owners, site builder, and eligible mobile homes)
